We keep it simple: seasonal produce, house-made everything, and suppliers we believe in. Our coffee is roasted by Assembly in Brixton — B Corp certified and brewed to perfection. Our bread comes fresh from our friends at Today Bread. Our organic acai bowls are powered by Acai Brothers, and every pastry, cake, and batch of chai you’ll find here is crafted in-house, daily.
Pop in for a quick flat white and pastry, stick around for a long brunch, or grab a glass of natural wine and take your time. No bookings needed — just good food, great people, and a little corner of Kensington that feels like home.

Elixis started with a simple idea: good food, done properly.
After years working as a chef in Australia, our founder Letitia wanted to bring a piece of that laid-back, produce-driven cafe culture to London — fresh plates, great coffee, and a space people actually want to hang out in.
What began as a small market stall has grown into our first permanent spot in South Kensington, open since February 2024.
We make as much as we can from scratch, work with local suppliers we trust, and keep the focus on quality — no shortcuts, no fuss. Whether you’re here for a quick coffee or a long, lazy brunch, Elixis is all about keeping things simple, fresh, and genuine.
