Elixis began with a simple but ambitious goal: to reimagine brunch in London through vibrant flavours, local ingredients, and a warm, thoughtful experience.

We first launched as a small stall at farmers markets in Marylebone and West Hampstead, where our seasonal plates, colourful breakfast options, and signature cakes quickly gained a loyal following. This early momentum led to the opening of our first permanent brunch restaurant in South Kensington in February 2024.

Today, Elixis is a destination for produce-led cooking, freshly baked treats, speciality coffee, and natural wines sourced from trusted local producers. Whether you're stopping by for a quick bite or a long brunch with friends, every detail, from the food to the hospitality, is designed to celebrate simplicity, quality, and flavour.

About Letitia, Founder of Elixis

Letitia is a chef and hospitality consultant with a deep-rooted passion for produce and people. Her career began in Australia, where she helped shape the country's leading health-focused eateries and built vibrant café concepts from the ground up.

At Elixis, Letitia brings a global perspective to London’s food scene, combining produce-driven menus with the relaxed energy of modern cafés. Beyond her work at Elixis, she partners with hospitality startups, food brands, and wellness ventures to create guest-first experiences rooted in creativity and operational clarity.

Letitia’s consulting work spans menu development, concept creation, and brand partnerships—most recently collaborating with Cartier to craft an immersive food experience.
