Elixis is an independent café just moments from the V&A and Natural History Museum, known for generous, ingredient-led dishes and a relaxed, elevated atmosphere.

Elixis began with a simple idea: to reimagine brunch in London through vibrant flavours, seasonal ingredients and a warm, thoughtful experience.

We started as a small stall at farmers markets in Marylebone and West Hampstead, where our colourful breakfast plates and signature dishes quickly built a loyal following.

That early momentum led to our first permanent home in South Kensington in February 2024.

Today, Elixis has become a destination for locals, creatives and visitors exploring South Kensington’s museums, a place to slow down, indulge, and enjoy brunch done properly.

Letitia, founder of Elixis, brings a global perspective shaped by her experience in Australia’s café scene and her work across hospitality and food brands.

Her approach combines produce-led menus with a strong focus on guest experience, creating spaces that feel both elevated and effortless.
